Due to the nature of digital products (source codes, apps), all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
- Defective Product: Source code does not compile or contains major errors
- Misrepresentation: Product significantly differs from description
- Technical Issues: Unable to download after multiple attempts
- Duplicate Purchase: Accidentally purchased the same item twice
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Lack of technical skills to implement the code
- Compatibility issues with outdated development environments
- Minor bugs that can be easily fixed
- Missing features not mentioned in the product description
2. Refund Process

3. Custom Development Services
For custom development projects, the following cancellation policy applies:
Before Work Begins:
- Full refund available within 24 hours of order
- 50% refund if project requirements have been finalized
After Work Begins:
- Charges apply for work completed up to cancellation point
- Milestone-based refunds for incomplete work
- No refund for final delivered products
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- UPI: 1-3 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in cases where:
- Only part of a bundle is defective
- Minor issues are found but product is still usable
- Customer keeps product but receives compensation for issues
6. Refund Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Free products or promotional items
- Products purchased using discount coupons (partial refund may apply)
- Products downloaded more than 7 days ago
- Custom work that has been delivered and approved
7. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- Access to purchased products may be revoked
- Future purchases may require additional verification
